Freshman linebacker Jordan Chambers is the USA South Defensive Player and Rookie of the Week for the week ending Oct. 20.
Chambers had 12 tackles in the 44-40 win over Huntingdon. He had three tackles for loss, including two quarterback sacks. For the season, Chambers is tied for second on the team with 41 tackles and is also second with seven tackles for loss. He is tied for the team lead with two quarterback sacks.
