Senior quarterback Connor Blair is the USA South Offensive Player of the Week for the week ending Oct. 8. Blair led LaGrange to a 51-44 USA South win over N.C. Wesleyan last Saturday.
In the game, Blair threw for 500 yards and six touchdowns. He completed passes to nine different receivers. The total was the second most passing yards in the program's history. Blair owns the record of 520 set last season against Ave Maria. He leads the conference in passing yards (1,898), passing yards per game (416.3), and touchdown passes (19). Blair is the school career leader with 8,302 passing yards and 76 touchdown passes.
